Privacy Policy

Captured Chaos ("we", "us") is operated by Captured Chaos LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Captured Chaos iPhone app and why.

What we collect. Photos you choose: when you place an order, the photos you selected are uploaded securely so we can print your keepsake. We only receive photos you explicitly pick; we never scan or access the rest of your photo library. Your design: the edits you make (crop, frame, text) are saved with your order so we can print exactly what you saw on screen. Order and shipping details: your name, shipping address, email, and order contents, used to fulfill, deliver, and send updates about your order. Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's privacy policy.

What we do with it. We use your information only to produce, ship, and support your orders. We do not sell your data, use your photos for advertising or model training, or share them with anyone except the service providers who help us print and deliver your order.

Photo review. To keep our print facility safe and lawful, uploaded photos may be screened by automated systems, with human review only when content is flagged.

Retention and deletion. Uploaded photos and print files are deleted on a fixed schedule after your order is delivered (30 days). Order records (without photos) are kept as required for accounting. To request earlier deletion, contact support@example.com with your order number.

Your choices. Photo access can be revoked anytime in iOS Settings. For any privacy request (access, deletion, questions), email support@example.com.

Children. Captured Chaos is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes. We'll update this page when the policy changes and note the date above.
