How long does it take?
Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days, and you can track yours in the app.
What does shipping cost?
$4.99, and free on orders of $35 or more. The Monthly Chaos Pack always ships free. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Who can see my photos?
Only you, our print team, and anyone you invite to see your fridge. Photos from an order are deleted 30 days after it is delivered, unless you keep them in Your Fridge. Read the privacy policy for the details.
Who can hear my voice note?
Only people who scan the QR code on that magnet. Our team listens before printing it, and you can have it switched off anytime by emailing us.
Can I cancel the Monthly Chaos Pack?
Yes. Skip a month, pause or cancel anytime, right in the app.
